The Woman on the Beach

In the idyllic seaside village of Werlesiel, paraglider Willem Leefmann is found dead in the dunes. During the investigation, it transpires that there is no shortage of people who have motive for his murder. Sabine Eriksen, a psychologically unstable woman who is largely shunned by the rest of the community, quickly becomes a person of interest in the case. The detectives discover a dark secret buried deep beneath the dunes, which proves to be the key to the current case and triggers a nerve-racking race against time.
