Petronella magically creates a new type of apple which is supposed to taste like all apple dishes and pastries in the world. But she gets distracted while casting her spell. As a result, the apples taste normal, but they come with a surprising side effect: Whoever eats from them becomes invisible! Louis and Leah manage to escape just in time before their dad Paul notices their bodies disappearing bit by bit. While everybody sets off to search for an antidote, two of the apple stick men can’t resist the temptation to take a big bite from the forbidden apples. Invisible, they sneak into the bakery to ride a few laps in the dough machine. They do not know that the effect wears off quickly – and so are unaware that they could be discovered by Paul any second! In the very last moment, our friends save the apple stick men from ending up in the oven. And the dangerous new apples do what they do best: They make themselves invisible, so they will not be any harm to anyone anymore.
