Midsummer Lights

A very special celebration is coming up: The Midsummer Lights Party. On this occasion, all garden dwellers come together at midnight and dance to the music of Petronella's "magical snail shell”. If everyone takes part, dozens of magical lights will light up and illuminate the whole garden. The preparations are in full swing: Amanda is cooking a variety of delicacies and the apple stick men are decorating the dance floor. But by mistake, Hilda does not receive an invitation. Utterly disappointed, she decides to leave the garden, but only gets as far as Thornbush’s hedge. The grumpy gnome has been invited but refuses to attend the party. Together, Hilda and Thornbush hide in the hedge and want to have nothing to do with the festivities. But the garden can only light up if everyone participates. Petronella and the twins have a great idea, though. They relocate the big celebration from the garden’s party zone to where Thornbush and Hilda are hiding – right into the hedge! When Hilda hears the cheerful music, she simply can’t keep from dancing, and this finally even sways grumpy old Thornbush – and the garden starts shining with many, many magical lights.
