Once a year, the garden’s magic must be recharged by rainbow water. This special kind of water stems from three magical springs – which can only be found by Mossy. Highly concentrated and deeply relaxed at the same time, he sniffs out one underground spring after the other and marks their position with a flower. But little gnome Nicky is jealous of all the attention that Mossy gets, and he secretly re-arranges the flowers. Now he is the only one who knows the correct location of each spring! But unfortunately, his plan is not watertight – literally! – and so he fails at finding the third and final spring. Slowly, all the beautiful colors of the garden start fading away. And Mossy is sleeping so deeply that even Leah and Louis' wake-up tricks cannot rouse him. Nicky has a smart idea for how Mossy can find the springs again, even while fast asleep! Nicky’s plan works – and the magic rain brings all of the garden’s beautiful colors back to life. Finally, Nicky gets what he wished for all along: Appreciation and an invitation for next year!
