Pearls in the Desert

Dunyazad disguises herself as an old woman and intercepts our heroes at an oasis on the way to the Lost Temple, claiming to be a fugitive from the Sultan. When they take her with them to help her, she drops a trail of glass pearls behind her that Shazaman and Osman can follow. Once in the Temple, our heroes decipher the Oracle’s clue and decide that the locked door is in the Chamber of Magic and Dunyazad holds the key. Then Dunyazad drops her disguise and Osman and Shazaman arrive with troops to corner them. After a thrilling chase through the Temple, Sherazade decides to let herself be captured so Karim and the others can escape – and so that she has an easy way into the Palace where Dunyazad holds the key.
