The Doctor of Doctors

Halil the Genie leads Sherazade and Karim to an ancient temple in the desert where they can hide from the Golden City troops. Later, Sherazade sneaks back into the palace under cover of night, hoping to find a cure for Karim’s condition on her father’s most secret scroll. But she is discovered by Dunyazad who burns the scroll, destroying the cure forever. The only clue left is the name “Dr. Duban” left on a small remnant of the scroll, and our heroes seek out the doctor in the Crystal City. Dr. Duban, who is only a head, tells them that the cure for Karim’s condition is the lost Tree of Life, and to find it they need to first find Harun Khalid’s Lamp of Wonders. Dunyazad attacks them at Duban’s house with two powerful imps under her control, but Duban pulls a trick that allows our heroes to narrowly escape.
